Blowout Preventer (BOP) Couplings
Designed specially for BOP (Blowout Preventer) accumulator systems in the Oil and Gas market. The red colour on the coupling and nipple designates that the couplings are BOP fire-approved. API 16D Certificate states that all couplings must maintain pressure when exposed to 1300º F (700º C) for a 5-minute period.
