Uniflex Machine Service, Testing & Calibration
In-house technician qualified across the Uniflex range. Service, diagnostics, calibration and repair in our workshop or on your site, with genuine spares held in stock. Installation and operator training.
NATA accredited hydrostatic testing to 4,000 bar, flushing to NAS 1638 and ISO 4406, and assembly up to 10 inch industrial hose and 2 inch 10,000 psi well intervention hose. Inspection, recertification and onsite crimping.
Hose Asset Management
RFID chipped assemblies logged from the point of manufacture, with the full test and inspection history available through our free mobile app. Laser engraving for permanent identification in the field.
Umbilical Hose
Umbilical bundling and Hydraulic Flying Leads built to API17E or ISO 13628-5, with DNV-GL approved assemblies for marine and oil and gas. Hydraulic, IWOCs and pneumatic umbilicals, plus topside and deck jumpers.
Rental Equipment
Hose assemblies and pressure equipment for hire where buying does not make sense. Maintenance, retesting and certification stay with us.
