Hydraulic / Water Jetting Applications

High pressure service for the construction and shipbuilding industries and for general industrial cleaning applications. Also used with hydraulic lifting equipment and tools.

• Mainly used to remove different kinds of dirt accumulation or materials from various surfaces
• Light weight when compared to equivalent rubber products
• 8X Fitting series used for hydraulics. BS Series for water jetting
• Highly flexible and abrasion resistant

Construction

Core tube: Polyamide.
Pressure reinforcement: Two spiral layers and two open spiral layers of high tensile steel wire.
Cover: Polyurethane.
Colour: Blue for water jetting, black for hydraulic.

Temperature Range

-10 ̊C up to +70 ̊C for water jetting applications.
-40 ̊C up to +100 ̊C for hydraulic applications.

Fittings

National pipe tapered (NPT) male: Carbon steel, zinc plated.For stainless steel (AISI 316) add C to the Part Number.
Other materials available on request.

BSP Female swivel (60° cone): Carbon steel, zinc plated.

BSP Female swivel (60° cone): Stainless steel.

Type “M” female swivel: Carbon steel, zinc plated.

Metric female swivel heavy series with O-ring: Carbon steel, zinc plated.

Metric female swivel heavy series with O-ring: Stainless steel.
