Applications
Ultra-high pressure service for tube cleaning applications such as heat exchanging in the chemical and oil refining industries, Marine cleaning and water jet cutting.
Features
• Meets or exceeds the requirements of DIN EN 1829-2. This standard prescribes that the hose assemblies have to resist at least 20,000 impulse cycles amongst other challenges
• Tough Cover is up to 40% more resistant to abrasion over Standard Version
• Compact design
• Resistant against hydrolysis, ozone and UV radiation
Construction
Core tube: Polyoxymethylene.
Pressure reinforcement: Four spiral layers of maximum tensile steel wire.
Cover: Polyamide.
Colour: Blue.
Temperature Range
-10 ̊C up to +70 ̊C.

UNF Male nozzle nipple: Stainless steel.
UNF Female for water jetting nozzle: Stainless steel.
High pressure tube nipple UNF – LH Thread: Stainless steel.
Type “M” female swivel: Stainless steel.
