Abdex supplies standard and sour gas hammer unions for extreme service, in sizes from 1/2″ to 12″ with working pressures up to 20,000 psi. Three-lug nuts and self-locking ACME threads allow quick make-up and break-out by hammer alone, and the male and female subs form a metal-to-metal seal. Manufactured from high-quality ASTM/AISI steel and individually inspected, they are fully interchangeable with most major hammer union brands.
Unions are colour-coded for identification, and the sour gas range carries unique markings for safety. Both ranges meet NACE MR-01-75 and API RP-14E.
