Keeping track of high pressure assets is a constant job. You need to know what you have, where it is, and when it is next due for inspection. Our hose management system records that information at the point of manufacture and keeps it available for the life of the asset at the tip of your fingers.
Track every asset
Abdex hoses carry an RFID chip that logs the full history of the assembly. Every test, inspection and recertification is recorded against the chip, so you can see when an asset is due for re-test without maintaining a separate register. Safety, compliance and traceability sit in one place across the full lifecycle.
Access your data anywhere
Asset and hose assembly data is recorded at the point of manufacture and supplied to you in full. Our free mobile app lets you scan the chip or enter the serial number and pull up the record on the spot, whether the asset is in storage, in the field or in transit.
Testing, recertification and identification
We offer pressure testing and flushing for new assets and for hoses due for re-testing. Laser engraving gives permanent identification on the assembly itself, so hoses stay identifiable when a tag is damaged or lost and the risk of misidentification in the field drops.
