Applications
API 16C certified choke and kill hoses. The tube is specially compounded to resist abrasion, corrosion, oil, drilling mud, methane and H2S.

• Survival temperature is 350°F (177°C) for 1 hour per API 16C (2nd Edition) B.12.5.
• Available in various sizes and pressures.
• 18 month warranty. 6 Month Storage + 12 month field service warranty.
Our Manufacturer guarantee 18 months warranty following the goods being dispatched from our factory, 18 months which includes 6 months shipment and storage period, plus 12 months service life period. The storage period is very important, API16C hose storage is not recommended any period over 6 months, we strongly recommended immediate use in the field.
Choke and Kill Hoses Construction
- Core tube: HNBR/UPE
- Protective Reinforcement: Many layers of high tensile super flexible spiral steel wire or steel cable.
- Outer Layer: High temperature and fire resistant synthetic rubber (resistant to 704°C open fire for 30 minutes )
- Protective Layer: Stainless Steel Armour.
- Standard: API spec. 16C FSL0, FSL1, FSL2, FSL3 ABS.
- End Connections: Swaged fittings, integral hammer union or flange options available.
Temperature Range
-29 ̊C to +121 ̊C.
-20 ̊F to +250 ̊F.
