The 2 way manifold valve is a compact, reliable solution for isolating pressure instruments and providing safe, controlled venting during calibration or maintenance. Commonly used with pressure transmitters, switches, and gauges, these valves are essential for ensuring minimal disruption to process lines during service or system checks.
Designed for direct mounting, the valve features a single isolation point with a dedicated vent/test facility—typically via a 1/4” NPT port. The 2VG Series, for example, offers male inlet and female outlet connections and is engineered with metal-to-metal sealing and a non-rotating hardened tip to ensure long-term bubble-tight performance, even at pressures up to 10,000 psi.
Each unit includes key safety features such as a secure anti-vibration cam locking mechanism, back sealing, and optional anti-tamper or lockable vent valves. Mounting holes are supplied as standard for pipe or wall installation, making setup fast and straightforward.
With pressure ratings up to 6,000 psi (and optional 10,000 psi), and available in a wide range of materials—including 316 Stainless Steel, Monel, Duplex, Inconel, and more—our 2 way manifold valves are built to handle the most demanding applications. PTFE/PEEK or graphite packing options are also available, along with full traceability and compliance with API 598 testing standards.
Whether you need a rugged valve for a high-pressure oil & gas setup or a compact, dependable solution for instrumentation calibration, our 2 way manifold valves offer the quality and flexibility to match.
