Subsea Check Valves
Built for extreme environments, the Subsea Check Valve range from Fitok, supplied by Abdex, is engineered to deliver reliable one-way flow control in deepwater and offshore conditions. With pressures up to 20,000 psi and depth ratings of up to 13,800 ft (4,200 m), these subsea valves are trusted across the global oil and gas industry.
Each valve is designed to resist corrosion and extend service life, even in the harshest subsea environments. Whether you’re managing backflow in pipelines or supporting critical wellhead operations, Fitok’s precision-engineered check valves offer tight shut-off and dependable performance.
Features
- • High Pressure Capability: Rated to 20,000 psig (1379 bar).
- • Maximum External Pressure: 6,000 psig (414 bar).
- • Cracking pressure: 14 to 26 psig (0.966 to 1.794 bar).
- • Corrosion Resistance: Built from high tensile 316 stainless steel and compliant with NACE MR0175.
- • Temperature range: Operates from -10 to 250˚F (-23 to 121˚C); other O-ring materials available.
- • Design Options: Soft-seat (seal ring style) or metal-to-metal poppet seat.
- • Reliable Shut-Off: Enables unidirectional flow; shuts off when pressure drops below cracking point.
(Not intended for use as a relief valve). - • Depth Rating: Suitable for subsea installations down to 13,800 ft (4,200 m).
