Applications
Hydraulic applications in a mining environment where MDG 41 specifications are required.
Features
• Extremely high abrasion resistant. Exceeds ISO 6945 by factor of 10
• Impulse life > 200,000 cycles
• Fittings with special ‘ZE’ plating meets the minimum 200 hrs (red rust) salt spray test
• Hose cover MSHA approved IC40/31
• Can be fitted with MSHA burst resistant sleeve
Construction
Core tube: Polyamide.
Pressure reinforcement: Two spiral layers and two open spiral layers of high tensile steel wire.
Cover: Polyurethane, MSHA approved.
Colour: Black.
Temperature Range
-40 ̊C up to +100 ̊C
Fittings
National pipe tapered (NPT) male: Carbon steel, special plating for high corrosion protection in mining applications.
