The new HMC 1-25/30 patented C-shaped crimping tool features a unique design for radial insertion, or complex automotive hose lines. With a respective 25 tonne and 30 tonne fully adjustable crimp force, the HMC 1-25/30 can easily process materials and product lines that are easily damaged.

This grease-free system offers full force coupled with precision as required in the automotive industry. It includes an Option Pressure Force Control to include additional software, hardware and hydraulic controls. By prior analysis of materials / part, the crimping tool makes it possible to crimp sensitive work pieces, and materials such as fiberglass.
